Click on “All Units” in the admin panel, then filter through your units by clicking on the dropdown menu next to the “Search” box. Once the dropdown menu has been selected, click on “Camera.” This will show you a list of trucks that have cameras equipped.

Quickly view your dash camera footage or driving events by typing the name you selected for the camera in the “Search” box under the map. Then scroll to the right side of the page and select “View.”

Access the needed camera, then choose the needed dates by clicking on the calendar in the right top corner next to your notifications icon.

You can check if your camera is online by confirming its status using the menu under the map. The statuses include “Online,” “Standby”, and “Offline.”

Your camera must be “online” to view live footage. However, it can be in “Online” or “Standby” status to retrieve recordings.

You can watch up to 45 minutes of live view footage per month.

Access the needed camera and then scroll down to the “Recordings” section. Here, you can choose a specific time range for your recording. We recommend watching footage in intervals of 30 seconds for optimal viewing.

You can see dates, times, and location coordinates.

There are 2 options available – normal quality and high quality. We recommend watching normal quality recordings in order to keep your data usage down.

Access the needed camera, scroll down to the “Recordings” section and click “Download.” Our system will then allow you to select a time from a specific date, video quality, and how many seconds before and after the event to include footage for.

Driver: Dash Camera FAQ

The camera should be connected to the fuse box, as it’s a constant source of power. This type of installation should be performed by a qualified or professional person only. Working with your vehicle’s power system can be dangerous for you and your vehicle. If you’re unsure about installing the device, please consult a professional.

Before you start, make sure that the vehicle is parked on a level surface.

  1. Turn off the engine but keep the ignition OFF
  2. Check that the camera is on.
  3. Press the touchscreen and enter the security PIN.
  4. Enter into the ‘Settings’ menu.
  5. Select ‘Calibrate’.

*The calibration process takes about a second to complete.

Your camera’s SOS button, also known as the Event-trigger button, allows drivers to send email notifications about driving events and auto-upload video clips to the cloud. The button is located at the bottom of the device and must be manually clicked.
