Returns, exchanges, and refunds

No hardware returns will be accepted on camera or tracker products. No returns will be accepted or refunds will be issued for ELD devices after 30 days from initial delivery date. Software is a service, and there are no refunds granted for software at any time. Updating subscription information is the responsibility of the account owner. We are unable to retroactively refund software subscriptions for any reason.
Otherwise returns and refunds will be guided by the rules set forward in “LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY” section.
